The firm that signs up is the customer. Its partners decide who in the firm can use Firmatic and what each person can see.

Firms add their clients' data to Firmatic. The firm stays responsible for that data and for having its clients' consent, including consent to receive WhatsApp messages. Firmatic processes it only to provide the service to the firm.
