We hold the details you give us when you sign up (name, email, mobile) and the client data your firm adds, such as names, PAN, GSTIN, contacts and documents.

We use it only to run Firmatic for your firm. It is stored in India (Mumbai), shared only with the services that run Firmatic (hosting, email and WhatsApp delivery), and never sold. To find and fix problems we keep a technical log of what happens in the app; it holds ids and error codes, not your name, email or your clients' details, and is deleted after 30 days (2 months for errors).
